Mr. Tveter joined the Board in 2013 and is Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit and Loan Committees. He is currently Managing Member of ETC Ventures LLC, Managing Member of ETC Investment Fund I LLC; Senior Advisor of Communications Equity Associates; and Senior Advisor of Arthur D. Little. Mr. Tveter has extensive knowledge and experience in the US, UK and European technology, media and telecommunications industries.
