Richard Perro is Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Banking Officer of The First National Bank of Long Island. He joined the Bank in 2002 and has spent his 20+ years at 1N working to grow market share. Rick oversees the Bank’s branch network, including Branch Administration, Municipal Banking and its retail Investment Program, First Investments®.
Rick began his career as a Branch Manager at North Fork Bank in 1997. He joined 1N as a Branch Manager before being promoted to Vice President of Branch Administration. He was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President and then Executive Vice President. Rick’s extensive experience and knowledge of the Bank’s marketplace has equipped him for his current leadership role at the organization.
Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in science from C.W Post University. Rick attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
